Figment Global Solutions which started its’ journey in the year 2012 with a vision to ease the tax compliances of businesses through a blend of finance and technology, recently celebrated its’ 11th Foundation Day. What started off as an aspirational journey of 3 young CA professionals has now transformed into a company of more than 200 expert and inspiring finance plus IT professionals. Figment has transitioned from a basement-based office to a 10,000 sq. ft. office, from a single product to onboarding and being associated with 250+ valuable organizations across India as their preferred tax compliance partner through more than 20 products to offer. From a vision to ease the tax compliances to fulfilling the dream by providing simple, quick, and easy tax compliance processes to businesses, from a manual time-taking taxation system to a technology-enabled, transparent, time and resource saving tax systems – Figment is proud of what we are today but there is more to achieve but with all humbleness.

Starting with the first product in the year 2012 – ‘TDS Default Rectification’ to ‘Regular Return Filing’ and then gradually progressing to offering customized ‘Robotic Process Automation’ and other innovative processes as per the needs of the various business sectors, to getting into an MoU with State Government for developing and implementing an Integrated Tax Management System; we are proud to say Figment has delivered beyond client’s expectations time and again. The fact that Figment handles the bulk of the TDS transactions across India, earning it the tag of the leading tax compliance company in India; is a result of our consistent endeavour to excel and contribute effectively towards the growth our country, clients, and team and we take immense pride to say that we have made a difference! Figment was recognized for its unparalleled and innovative services in the taxation section in the form of the prestigious TIOL and VIA Awards.
The 11th Foundation Day was celebrated with zeal with our team at Nagpur and also with our team members who had joined virtually from our other locations – Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Jaipur. It was certainly a day to rejoice, and our team ensured that the day is fully enjoyed!
16th January – Our Foundation Day was even more special this time, as the family members and friends of our directors too had joined the celebration. Not only that, but the new modern directors’ office was also inaugurated at the hands of CA Anil Parakh ji from V.K. Surana & Co., who had accepted our invitation and graced the event as the Mentor and Guiding Force. CA Anil Parakh ji in his address said that “I have personally seen the hard work, persistence and sincere efforts put in by Harsh, Sapan and Himanshu in bringing alive their vision. The position at which Figment is today is due to their untiring efforts, combined with the expertise of Kailash and Niraj. They along with the superb team, and their knowledge about what the client actually wants and going all the way to fulfil it, all together have made Figment a renowned name in the taxation sector across India. I feel really happy to be here when Figment is celebrating its’ 11th successful year of serving businesses in the tax compliance sector and this is just the beginning. I wish many more years of success to the Figment team.”
To make this occasion even more special, a Blood Donation Drive was organized in association with Dr. Hedgewar Blood Bank at the Figment office premises, and all our team members participated enthusiastically in the drive. It was followed by a ‘Khichdi Drive’ in association with ‘Annamrita Foundation’ which was relished by all.
Going further, the team members at Nagpur as well as in other locations celebrated the occasion by cutting a cake. It was followed by an inspiring ‘Journey of Figment’ video which showcased the entire journey, and the video in which the team members shared their views about the work culture and experience at Figment. The Directors of Figment namely – CA Harsh Mehadia, CA Himanshu Chordia, CA Sapan Jain, Mr. Kailash Golechha and Mr. Niraj Kotecha gave some words of inspiration to the team and shared their vision for the company. They also answered the various interesting questions from the team.
This was followed by the awards ceremony, under which team members were awarded for their significant and invaluable contribution towards the growth of Figment. It was time now to rock the party! All the team members danced their hearts out and enjoyed some yummy delicacies in the company of each other.
The Foundation Day event was indeed memorable thanks to the active contribution and the amazing work done by CA Rashi Mehadia, Ms. Indrani, Ms. Goldy, Ms. Kajal, Mr. Saurabh, Mr. Sachin, Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Harsh.
