Ask us directly.Yes. Figment Global Solutions is authorized by the Goods and Services Tax Network as a GST Suvidha Provider. GSTN does not expose its APIs to every software vendor — a GSP is the licensed channel through which taxpayer applications reach the GST system.
We also hold ERI (e-Return Intermediary) authorization from the Income Tax Department, so GST returns, TDS statements and income tax filings all run through authorized channels. License documentation is available on request.
An ASP — Application Service Provider — is the software a taxpayer actually works in: it prepares returns, reconciles data and manages approvals. A GSP is the authorized channel that carries the resulting filing to GSTN. Figment is both. Use the GSP channel underneath your own application, or use GSTCPC, our own ASP, end to end.
Yes. Sandbox credentials are issued against test GSTINs so you can build and exercise the full request cycle before touching a live registration. Production keys follow once the integration behaves correctly in sandbox. A Postman collection and API reference are provided with sandbox access.
Migration is usually a credential and endpoint change rather than a rebuild, since GSTN's underlying API contract is common across GSPs. We map your current calls to ours, you test in sandbox in parallel with your existing channel, then cut over between filing windows rather than during one.
Pricing is based on API call volume and the set of endpoints you need, with tiers for software companies reselling to their own customers. Tell us your expected monthly volume and endpoint mix and we will quote against it.
Changes are versioned and notified. We track GSTN releases, absorb schema changes into the channel, and give integrated clients advance notice with the affected endpoints and a migration path. That is the practical difference from portal automation, which breaks without warning and usually mid-filing-window.
