    Our development team has grown rapidly in the last few years, and we are now looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our force to strengthen our quality and reliability. Our Engineering hubs are in Lahti (Finland), Vantaa (Finland) and Gdansk (Poland) and you will be part of a highly talented and international team of over 45 engineering colleagues.

    What do we value in our candidates?

    The person we are looking for has a relevant technological background, is highly motivated, curious and able to take challenges from day 0. You have great self-discipline and you make things happen. Figment Global Solutions, in turn, does its very best to take good care of you and the whole Figment Global Solutions family.

    Furthermore, the following skills and experience are valued

    • You have at least 3 years of experience as a backend developer
    • You have experience with C# and .NET framework
    • You have experience in Azure, and you are a cloud platform enthusiast
    • Databases, for example MS SQL and MongoDB, are your normal tools
    • You know your way around containers and are handy with Docker
    • A solid track record in web development in your pocket with an interest in modern web technologies
    • Experience on any of the following is considered as a plus: serverless computing, containerization, data engineering, microservice architectures, test automation, pipelines, and REST APIs
    • Willing to adopt new technologies
    • You are proactive, analytical and a passionate problem-solver
