    About Figment

    “TAXCPC” is a cloud utility designed by Figment Global Solutions Pvt Ltd on 16th Jan 2012. Incorporated with a focus on providing legal compliance solutions in the fields of taxation, Figment has now established itself as a leader in the field of end to end TDS & GST compliance solutions for Public Sector Banks and financial institutions. “TaxCPC” is a complete TDS & GST compliance solution, available on cloud, designed to provide enterprises 24*7 assistance in filing TDS returns, GST returns, 15G/H compliance and TDS rectification processes.

    It has a software development Centre and IT infrastructure at Nagpur. With a team of around 100+ trained employees, Figment employees Chartered Accountants, IT professionals, Ex–Bankers and trained Graduates. The firm also has separate onsite teams based at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. TDS & GST processing utility is developed in-house and is available both on-premise and on cloud.

    Role:

    Figment is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for one of our directors in Nagpur. We are looking for someone who's proactive, flexible, smart, multi-tasker and technology savvy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help with time and daily management of meetings, correspondence, and scheduling meetings, emailing, texts, etc.
    • Calendar management.
    • Excellent Good mail drafting skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Capability to note minutes of meetings at a fast pace and send over emails/messages as required.
    • Travel Management.
    • Digital Media & Social Media Marketing Management.
    • Strong Secondary Research Skills.
    • Logistics arrangements, sending invites, booking venues for other events.
    • Procurement, documentation, distribution and verification.
    • Follow the procurement process of vendor identification, collection of quotation, sending to procurement committee, preparing comparative statement, and maintaining procurement register.
    • Prepare new contracts or renew the existing contracts of vendors by tracking the contracts end date for all the vendors.
    • Raising purchase/procurement request for field office supplies, regular program activities.
    • Ensure packaging and distribution of materials at the destination and regular follow up with vendors for safe delivery of material.
    • Organize and ensure all program related travel arrangements and transportation as per the requirement.

    Job Specifications:

    • MBA (HR) or equivalent educational qualification.
    • Experience in above mentioned areas for min 3-5 years post qualification.
    • Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills.
    • Experience in admin activities.
    • Diploma/Degree in Psychology will be an add on.

    Work Experience:

    • 3+ years post qualifying MBA(HR) or an equivalent degree in Human Resources.
